Love this place! The food and happy hour you cannot beat. The staff is friendly and helpful.

A colleague had told me about how great this place was back in March. So good that she went back 3 times in one week-- I knew I had to try it. Last night a friend and I had dinner here around 8:00pm-ish. Restaurant was quiet. Our server was friendly and attentive. I informed her we'd never been here before and asked if she had any recommendations which she did and she even shared when she isn't working she comes here to eat. Lots to pick from on the menu. I ended up going with the Buffalo chicken pizza. Very flavorful and cooked just right. Prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is tucked away in like a strip mall..... hidden little gem. I appreciate how they offer a rewards program. Nice job, Fireside. I will definitely be back. I had my eye on the fried/grilled chicken sandwich, fish tacos, and butter coffee cake.

After hearing positive experiences at this restaurant, I found myself in the area and finally tried it out. Glad I did, because everything was excellent. I tried a slice of my friend's buffalo chicken pizza and ordered a fried chicken sandwich and onion rings. This was one of the best friend sandwiches I've had. It was super crunchy and fried to perfection - not greasy like some places serve. It wasn't dipped in sauce, but I ordered a side or ranch to enjoy with it. Will definitely be back. There are a lot of Asian inspired dishes that caught my eye as well. Our server was attentive and informed us about the menu and her favorite choices. She also mentioned she enjoys their food when she's off the clock. You know it's good! I've never seen a lobster catching machine, but they have that if you want to try your chances at a future dinner. They have pull tabs and a nice bar area at the entrance. Built and decorated to feel like a cabin/lodge experience.

We love Fireside. It's been a family favorite for years. It's not fancy, and it really is next to the hockey rink. But the food is excellent. The Chop Chop Salad, the Walleye, the pizzas, and the sandwiches are all excellent. They support Rosemount High School, which we love.

We've eaten here multiple times and every time it's been delicious. They have different specialty items each month that are always so good! Service has been really good too. Only down fall is the wait!

It was an odd experience as we were the only two patrons in the restaurant. Perhaps it was just an off time. We had 3 different people wait on us while we were there. Seemed like we were more of an annoyance for them than anything. Food was good but I doubt I'll go back.

I was craving salmon and came upon Fireside. The salmon dinner at Fireside might be more than I want to pay but it's worth it! The salmon is cooked perfectly! It comes with mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes. I have ordered takeout but plan to visit them as I was pleased with my entree.
